Standard delivery is free across all governorates in Jordan.
Same-day express delivery within Amman is available for an additional 2 JOD, subject to availability.

9. Customer Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you have placed and paid for an order but decide to cancel it before the order has been handed over to the delivery company, you may request cancellation without a return charge.
If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded within 7 business days.
Once the order has been handed over to the delivery company, it will be treated as a dispatched order and the applicable return and exchange conditions will apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

11. Shipping & Delivery
HAREER Cosmetics provides free standard delivery across all governorates in Jordan.
For most areas, orders are generally delivered on the day following order confirmation, subject to:

- Weekly delivery closures
Some locations operate according to designated delivery days.
Same-day express delivery is available within Amman for an additional 2 JOD.

12. Repeated Cancellations After Dispatch
Customers who have an order cancelled after dispatch on two separate occasions may be placed on HAREER Cosmetics’ restricted delivery list.
After two such cancellations, future orders may require payment in advance before they can be processed and dispatched.
13. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, HAREER Cosmetics applies specific hygiene and safety conditions to returns and exchanges.
Opened or used cosmetic or hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
HAREER Cosmetics does not offer standard returns due to a change of mind after an order has been confirmed.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, broken or leaking product, you must contact HAREER Cosmetics within 2 days of delivery.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, the affected product will generally be replaced rather than refunded.
Monetary refunds are provided for eligible prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch.
