At HAREER Cosmetics, we aim to make receiving your order simple and convenient. We currently provide free standard delivery across all governorates in Jordan, subject to the delivery schedules outlined below.

1. Delivery Across Jordan

Standard delivery is FREE across all governorates in Jordan.

For most areas, orders are generally delivered on the day following order confirmation, subject to courier availability, official holidays and the applicable delivery schedule for your area.

2. Delivery Schedule for Specific Areas

Some areas are served on designated delivery days:

Azraq & Al Hallabat
Wednesday

North Shouneh, South Shouneh & Ghor Al-Karameh
Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday

Al-Safi, Fifa & Al-Mazra’a
Saturday, Monday & Wednesday

For all other areas in Jordan, orders are generally delivered the day after order confirmation, subject to the courier’s operating schedule and official holidays.

3. Delivery Provider

Orders within Jordan are delivered through Premium Delivery Company, HAREER Cosmetics’ local delivery partner.

Customers may be contacted by the delivery team using the phone number provided with the order.

Please make sure your:

  • Delivery address
  • Order details

are accurate when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.

4. Same-Day Delivery in Amman

Same-day express delivery is available within Amman for an additional 2 JOD delivery fee.

Availability may depend on order confirmation time and courier capacity.

5. Next-Day Delivery

HAREER currently provides next-day delivery for most areas in Jordan, subject to:

  • Order confirmation
  • Courier availability
  • Area-specific delivery schedules
  • Official public holidays
  • Weekly delivery closures

6. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders confirmed before 12:00 AM midnight are scheduled for delivery on the following day, subject to the delivery schedule for your area, courier availability, official public holidays and weekly closures.

Orders confirmed after 12:00 AM will be considered part of the next day’s order cycle and scheduled accordingly.

7. Order Confirmation

HAREER Cosmetics may contact customers to confirm order details before dispatch.

Please make sure all order information is correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your:

  • Product selection
  • Quantity
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address

please contact HAREER as soon as possible.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders according to the expected schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside HAREER Cosmetics’ control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Official public holidays
  • Weekly delivery closures
  • Area-specific schedules
  • High order volumes
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Orders affected by an official holiday or delivery closure will be delivered on the next available delivery day according to the applicable area schedule.

9. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Orders

Please check your order when you receive it.

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A broken product
  • A leaking product

please contact HAREER Cosmetics within 2 days of delivery.

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Phone number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, where applicable

If the issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of HAREER Cosmetics or occurred during delivery, the affected product will be replaced at no additional delivery cost.

10. Repeated Cancellations After Dispatch

To reduce unnecessary shipping and handling, customers who have an order cancelled after dispatch on two separate occasions may be placed on HAREER’s restricted delivery list.

After two such cancellations, future orders will require payment in advance before they can be processed and shipped.

11. International Shipping

HAREER Cosmetics’ standard online delivery service currently covers Jordan only.

For international orders, please contact the HAREER team via WhatsApp to check whether shipping is available to your destination.
